Cancellation Policy

At GreeksTravelAbroad, we always strive to offer flexibility and understanding when travel plans change. However, as we work closely with local service providers (hotels, cruises, airlines, transport companies, etc.), certain cancellation fees may apply once a booking has been confirmed.

1. CANCELLATION BY CUSTOMER

  • More than 60 days before arrival: Free of charge.

  •  From 30 to 59 days before arrival: 10% of the total package price.

  •  From 15 to 29 days before arrival: 30% of the total package price.

  •  From 7 to 14 days before arrival: 50% of the total package price.

  •  Less than 7 days before arrival or No-show: 100% of the total package price.

2. DEPOSIT & NON-REFUNDABLE SERVICES

Once the deposit payment has been received, the booking is considered confirmed.

Please note that visa fees, issued flight tickets (domestic or international), and any non-refundable services purchased on your behalf cannot be refunded under any circumstances, as these are immediately paid to third-party providers.

For all other services, the remaining balance will follow the standard cancellation terms listed above.

3. ADDITIONAL NOTES

  • Any change of dates or services after confirmation is subject to availability and may involve additional costs.

  • In case of force majeure (e.g. natural disasters, political events, flight cancellations, or border closures), we will make every effort to negotiate with our suppliers for the most flexible possible solution, including partial refunds or rescheduling options.

  • Refunds, when applicable, will be processed within 30 working days after written confirmation of cancellation.)
