ITINERARY:
Morning/Afternoon: Hotel pick up
Visit a local market to learn about Vietnamese ingredients and select fresh produce for your cooking class.
Arrive at the cooking school and meet your professional chef instructor.
Learn about Vietnamese culinary traditions and cooking techniques.
Participate in hands-on cooking of 3-4 traditional Vietnamese dishes, which may include:
Vietnamese spring rolls (fresh and fried)
Pho or other noodle soup
Vietnamese pancakes (Banh Xeo)
Clay pot dishes
Traditional desserts
Enjoy the delicious meal you prepared with your classmates.
Receive recipe cards to take home.
Return to your hotel.
